Major League Rugby is one of the new leagues to emerge in recent years and I'm delighted to welcome it as the latest organization to partner with me and my???????????????, ?????????? ?????? ?????????????? ?????????????????? course?for the fall 2024 term. The collaboration will see a team of my?Schulich School of Business - York University?students work?on?a marketing consulting project aimed at engaging younger fans with the league and rugby, and building the fan base. Completing its seventh season,?Major League Rugby (www.majorleague.rugby/)?is the top professional rugby league in North America playing the rugby union format of the sport with 12 U.S.-based teams from coast to coast. With the U.S. hosting the 2031 Men's Rugby World Cup and 2033 Women's Rugby World Cup,?Major League Rugby is aiming to create a strong foundation of interest in the sport and leverage the World Cup events to further grow the league. Major League Rugby is my 144th project partnership and the fourth rugby property to collaborate with me following?Rugby in the Square-Rugby Ontario,?Toronto Arrows,?Toronto Wolfpack, and?Rugby Canada. The club joins the Canadiens de Montréal (Canada), Pacific Football Club??(Canada), Fanatics (USA), Professional Bull Riders, LLC (USA) and FC Dallas (USA) as project partners for the fall 2024 term.
