I am ever more grateful to get to work with the amazing team at the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC)- Angela R. Moses, Katy Carkuff-Corey, Taniecea Mallery, Ph.D. and David Acosta and my amazing co-facilitators Sonoo Thadaney-Israni, Toni McMurphy, and Marva R. in delivering the Restorative Justice in Academic Medicine (RJAM) training to another cohort of inspiring leaders in academic medicine. This training was developed under the guidance of the visionary David Karp and is offered via the USD Center for Restorative Justice. This work has changed not just my career but my life. It is a gift to get to pass it on to others at a time when we need it most.
