US Capital Development is pleased to announce the groundbreaking of our next industrial development, which is located in Charlestown, IN (Louisville MSA).?This will mark USCD’s third development in Louisville and will consist of two (2) buildings, a 498,610 SF cross-dock and a 283,660 SF rear-load.?Situated within a day’s drive from two-thirds of the US population and home to UPS Worldport, the Louisville market is consistently on the radar for companies looking for a competitive advantage. We want to thank Dan Cristiani Excavating Inc. for its commitment to USCD and continued excellence as the region's best excavating and infrastructure contractor.?We’d also like Summit Construction LLC, as this will mark our third development with this premier general contractor.?We’re pleased to have the same GC, civil engineer (HWC Engineering), and architect (Gray Design Group) that were so successful on our prior two Louisville developments. Given the recent capital markets turbulence, we’re very grateful for the continued commitment of our capital partner Ares Management Corporation (Ryan Schierberl), and our lender FNBO (Brannan Riffel).?This project could not have come to fruition without them.
