Homeowners are pretty good at estimating their home's market value!

How much could it cost to rebuild Altadena’s houses? Lusk Director Richard Green pulled some numbers together with Cameron Yap at USC Neighborhood Data for Social Change (NDSC) to arrive at a range for Altadena's part of the Eaton Fire rebuild. ?? It could cost 3 to 12 billion dollars to rebuild the lost homes. Keep in mind those numbers are just the houses themselves, not infrastructure or other rebuilds. While daunting, billions of dollars are hard to conceptualize. Chase McNeill thought the per-household numbers could help us see these still-unknown costs from another, more personal angle.
