David Ikegami, BS ’85, MBA ’94, is a proud supporter of USC and the Marshall School of Business. “I give to USC Marshall because I appreciate all that USC Marshall has done for me and my family. I enjoy giving to scholarships for deserving undergraduate and graduate students that may have difficulty affording a USC Marshall education. College is very expensive, and it makes me happy to donate to USC Marshall students.”? ? As an alum, David has also given back through various school programs and organizations. “I enjoy staying connected to USC Marshall through student mentoring programs, networking events, and serving on the USC Marshall and USC Leventhal Deans’ Alumni Council. I’m a double Marshall grad and my wife and daughter have their MBAs from USC Marshall as well. We appreciate all that a USC Marshall education offers and hope that others can enjoy the same benefits." #GivingTuesday #USCMarshallAlumni

Earlier in September, USC Marshall and USC Leventhal alumni, parents, and friends gathered for an exclusive reception and fireside chat with Dean Geoffrey Garrett and Professor Nathanael Fast. Hosted by the gracious Trojan Parents Mario & Ann Marie Govic at their beautiful residence in West Los Angeles, the evening was a resounding success!? The event featured an insightful discussion on the psychological underpinnings of power, leadership, and technology adoption. Professor Fast’s research provided timely and impactful perspectives on how power and status hierarchies shape decision-making, the influence of identities on professional networks, and the role of AI in shaping the future. Attendees left with a deeper understanding of these dynamic and influential factors. A big thank you to everyone who attended and made this event memorable!
