CCG hosted its Spring 2024 Consulting Panel, offering valuable insights and networking opportunities for our members. We extend our gratitude to USC alumni Carol D. Anderson, Lilliana Chavez, MBA, Jai Syal, CPA, and Peggy K. Wong for sharing their expertise. Our speakers emphasized key aspects of career development, including the importance of networking, time management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. It was inspiring to hear about their diverse career journeys and the impactful roles they hold in their respective industries. Carol D. Anderson emphasized the value of time management and continuous learning, drawing from her extensive experience as a Partner and Principal Consultant at Anderson Finance Consulting, llc. Lilliana Chavez, MBA shared her journey from USC to Google, underscoring the significance of hard work and determination, along with insights into DEI initiatives at Google. Jai Syal, CPA, currently a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, provided valuable advice on being well-rounded and the importance of diverse perspectives. Peggy K. Wong highlighted the significance of addressing important issues, showcasing her journey to creating DEI initiatives at Link Logistics.
