February 2025 Employee of the Month: Samantha Dalsin, Marketing Coordinator Samm joined the U.S. Bank Stadium/ASM Global team in May 2022 and has been instrumental in helping the marketing team reach a broader social audience by developing a social media influencer database to help us promote U.S. Bank Stadium events. Samm's management of this program led to a record-setting year for our legacy event, Winter Warm-Up, reaching the event's highest nightly attendance in stadium history, setting a record for tickets sold for the season, and earning over 3.8M views on influencer content.

The SKOL Service end of the season party was the perfect event to celebrate an incredible year at U.S. Bank Stadium! January 2025 Employee of the Month: Juliana Karels, Senior Accountant Juliana joined the U.S. Bank Stadium/ASM Global team in May 2022 and has supported onboarding two new members in her department over the last 12 months. Juliana’s leadership has contributed to the growth of her team and ensured that numerous financial requirements continued uninterrupted throughout this time period. Each month, ASM Global will celebrate an outstanding U.S. Bank Stadium employee for their efforts to better serve the organization and this incredible facility through this special recognition!
