关于我们
TRADOC recruits, trains, and educates Soldiers, develops leaders, supports training in units, develops doctrine, establishes standards, and builds the U.S. Army by developing and integrating operational and functional concepts and organizational designs for the fielded force. TRADOC is a learning organization that evolves and adapts. When we say "Victory Starts Here," it means something. It's more than a hashtag. It's the training, maintaining, teamwork, morale and discipline we put in place to develop young people into Army professionals. TRADOC is about people and preparing them to be ready to win on any battlefield. Nobody in the world develops people or builds Soldiers for Life as well as TRADOC.

For the last 250 years, the US Army has stood watch over our Nation. From the earliest days fighting for independence, the US Army Medical Department (AMEDD) has stood watch over the Soldiers. Field medicine was obviously more primitive, but just like today, Army Medicine is a leader in medical innovation, much of it stemming from our drive to keep our Soldiers safe and healthy and heal them when they are not. The MEDCoE (US Army Medical Center of Excellence) develops medical professionals, integrates medical capabilities, and drives change in Army Medicine to enable the Joint Force to win the Nation's wars. #Army250 #TRADOCArmy250 #ConserveFightingStrength #ArmyHistory

"Today’s young leaders are ready to transform and adapt," said BG Phillip Kiniery, director of the Soldier Lethality Cross-Functional Team and commandant of the Army Infantry School. “What I’m seeing right now is there is no better time than right now to change, to transform the culture of our young officers,” he said. “They are very much open to it, as well as our younger soldiers.” #AUSAGlobal #ArmyReadiness

As we start celebrating the US Army's 250th birthday, we are spotlighting our subordinate headquarters and Centers of Excellence that help make TRADOC and the U.S. Army what it is today! The U.S. Army Fires Center of Excellence and Fort Sill trains and educates the Army’s Fires Force, comprised of field artillery and air defense artillery professionals. It also offers basic and senior leadership courses for NCOs, commissioned Officers, and Warrant Officers. Though the Army has been training artillery and air defense Soldiers since 1942, the Field Artillery School and Air Defense Artillery School were combined in 2005 to create FCoE after the BRAC 2005 process and continues to develop the Nation’s best artillery and air defense Soldiers today! #Army250 #ARMYBDAY

With every shot, every maneuver, and every tactical decision, Soldiers are sharpening their edge and preparing to take on any mission that comes their way. Live fire training helps them to develop and refine their skills in a very realistic way. The US Army aims to ensure that its Soldiers have the skills, equipment, and training needed to dominate the battlefield and achieve victory in combat. #VictoryStartsHere #Lethality #Training #FortBenning
