关于我们
TRADOC recruits, trains, and educates Soldiers, develops leaders, supports training in units, develops doctrine, establishes standards, and builds the U.S. Army by developing and integrating operational and functional concepts and organizational designs for the fielded force. TRADOC is a learning organization that evolves and adapts. When we say "Victory Starts Here," it means something. It's more than a hashtag. It's the training, maintaining, teamwork, morale and discipline we put in place to develop young people into Army professionals. TRADOC is about people and preparing them to be ready to win on any battlefield. Nobody in the world develops people or builds Soldiers for Life as well as TRADOC.

The 108th Training Command remains an essential component of training and readiness for the Total Army, filling critical gaps and ensuring training missions succeed. The 108th has a long and distinguished legacy that has significantly influenced military training and readiness for decades. Tasked by U.S. Army Reserve to support TRADOC, the 108th continues demonstrating its ability to answer the call to service by establishing three Drill Sergeant Basic Combat Training companies that recently hit the trail on March 1, 2025. The command has mobilized over 80 Army Reserve Drill Sergeants and cadre volunteers through Active-Duty Operational Support missions at Fort Leonard Wood, Fort Sill, and Fort Jackson. As we begin celebrating the U.S. Army's 250th birthday, we will be spotlighting our subordinate headquarters and Centers of Excellence that help make TRADOC and the U.S. Army what it is today! The U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence is located at Fort Novosel, known as the "Home of Army Aviation," and is one of ten TRADOC CoEs. AVCoE includes three aviation brigades --1st Aviation Brigade, 110th Aviation Brigade, and 128th Aviation Brigade -- various army tenant organizations, and a non-commissioned officers' academy. AVCoE is responsible for the training & educating of Army Aviation officers & enlisted Soldiers, as well as developing and integrating Army aviation operations & capabilities. Students usually spend 15–18 months in aviation school here, learning a wide range of subjects, and finally graduating with their "wings" or Aviator's Badge. Although AVCoE wasn’t established until the 2006 Base Realignment and Closure Commission, it sprouted from the formation of the Aviation Center at Ft. Rucker in 1973, which later became the home of the Aviation School in 1983. #Army250 #ARMYBDAY

As we celebrate the US Army's 250th birthday, we will be spotlighting our subordinate headquarters and Centers of Excellence that help make TRADOC and the U.S. Army what it is today! The U.S. Army Center for Initial Military Training, or CIMT, is TRADOC's Core Function Lead for all the Army's Initial Military Training, instilling core competencies and behaviors in civilians as they become Soldiers who are physically ready, grounded in #ArmyValues, and competent in their skills as leaders or members of a team upon arrival at their first unit of assignment. CIMT is also the proponent of the Holistic Health and Fitness (#H2F) System, the Army's primary investment in Soldier lethality and readiness, focusing on the five domains of readiness: Physical, Mental, Spiritual, Nutritional, and Sleep. Learn more about CIMT at https://lnkd.in/eFqgxC8j Check out the #Army250 page at www.army.mil/1775 #ARMYBDAY
