A HUMAN-CENTERED APPROACH FOR SOLDIERS This week's Teammate Tuesday is Tony Daddario, UI/UX Designer for PEO Enterprise's CIO team. Tony leaves the organization this week after a short time supporting the CIO, but having made a lasting impression with the knowledge and vision he shared. His message to our community: "I truly enjoyed the kindness and openness of everyone at PEO Enterprise, as well as the organization's aspirations, and the mission commitment to crafting Soldier-centric products. It's a family-like environment. My time was short so I didn’t get a chance to really dive in, but I did get a chance to talk to a lot of the programs and understand their goals and passion for improving the Soldier experience for the products they are crafting. My plans are to continue to network and connect, and to work in environments that are passionate about user-centered products." Thank you, Tony, for choosing PEO Enterprise and the U.S. Army. All the best in your new ventures! #USArmy | #PEOEnterprise | #PEOEnterpriseTeammateTuesday | #TeammateTuesday | #ArmyTeam | #uiuxdesign Bill Hepworth, Michael Chappell

At PEO Enterprise, which is now over two years into its Agile transformation, several enterprise software programs are already in the execution phase of the DOD’s Software Acquisition Pathway (SWP), which is designed to facilitate rapid and iterative delivery of software capability to users. This year, two additional programs within PEO Enterprise’s Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army portfolio are bound for the pathway. The sister programs have vastly different missions and SWP approaches but are looking to each other and other PEO Enterprise programs for best practices and lessons learned as they approach the critical execution phase. #usarmy #peoenterprise #AgileArmy #ArmyAcquisition ASA(ALT)
