The #USArmy’s Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) is changing the culture of health and fitness to meet the demands of modern, multi-domain combat operations. Addressing the five components of readiness: mental, sleep, nutrition, spiritual and physical, the H2F optimizes individual #Soldier readiness, reduces injury rates and improves rehabilitation outcomes after injury, reduces behavioral health issues within units, and Soldiers are more fit. The goal is to have 111 brigades outfitted with H2F Performance Teams by the end of FY27. Maj. Gen Hope Rampy, commanding general of the U.S. Army Human Resources Command, and Command Sgt. Maj. Robert Atkinson, HRC enlisted advisor, hosted a town hall this afternoon for HRC internal staff at Haszard Auditorium, Fort Knox, Ky. Rampy and Atkinson recognized HRC civilians with 30-40 years of government service, presented coins to some HRC Soldiers and civilians who have performed outstanding work over the past year, completed an honor guard induction for NCO's who are part of the HRC honor guard, and provided some command announcements and information for all in attendance. #PeopleFirst

The #CommandAssessmentProgram kicked off its first day of #ArmyCAP26, marking the program's fifth year of assessing the next group of Army leaders for selection to key command billets and staff positions. This year marks another milestone as the first year #ArmyCAP will conduct assessments while aligned with U.S. Army Human Resources Command. CAP26 will assess more than 2,000 candidates now through Nov. 19 through the Battalions Commanders Assessment Program, Colonels Command Assessment Program, or Sergeants Major Assessment Program. The program will assess Army Competitive Category Soldiers as well as personnel, military and civilian, participating in the Acquisition Leaders Assessment Program and the Medical Command Assessment Program.
