United States weightlifters recorded 1??1?? medals and 8?? personal records last week in Havana, Cuba, at the Junior Pan American Championships! Ella Nicholson led the pack with a gold sweep at 77 kg - extending her medal streak to five international competitions. Additional hardware was earned by Jade Morales ????, Jaycee Mann??????, Ryan McDonald????, and Kailey Papas??

Fun day discussing Olympic weightlifting and the benefits for other training programs with Team USA athlete Jenny Arthur Vardanian. Jenny competed as a 2016 Olympian, 4x USAW Champion, 5x World Team Member, American Record Snatch, C&J and total in 75kg Class, coached over 20 seminars in the past year as a certified USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach at Vardanian Weightlifting.
