Exciting announcement for Team USA! ?? ???? The U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Foundation has received a groundbreaking donation that will support athletes financially long after competing in the Games.
As the first U.S. athletes punched their ticket to the Milan Cortina 2026 Games, a groundbreaking announcement was made that will impact not just their Olympic journeys—but their financial futures. The U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Foundation has secured a record $100 million donation from hedge fund CEO Ross Stevens, to establish the Stevens Financial Security Award. Starting with Milan Cortina 2026 and extending through at least Brisbane 2032, each eligible U.S. athlete will receive $200K in benefits per Games they compete in. This includes: ? $100K payout—delivered 20 years post-Games ? $100K in life insurance ? Multipliers for multiple Olympic/Paralympic appearances More from Rachel Axon: https://ow.ly/E1Po50Vb0tX
