A recent string of legal U.S. residents have been detained or deported following information found on their cell phones, causing some travelers to worry they'll be stopped when flying through the country's border. ?? Lindsey Vonn is back on the podium. Four months after coming out of retirement, Vonn finished second in the super-G at the World Cup finals on Sunday. It’s her first podium appearance since March 2018, and makes the 40-year-old the oldest woman to win a World Cup medal. Vonn retired midway through the 2019 season, her body ravaged by injuries. But a partial knee replacement last April left her pain-free for the first time in years, and she decided to come back in hopes of making it to next year’s Milan-Cortina Olympics. Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney called for a snap election that he said would allow the people of Canada to decide who should tackle the country's economic challenges, especially in light of President Donald Trump's tariffs against the northern U.S. neighbor. "We need to build the strongest economy in the G7. We need to deal with President Trump’s tariffs," Carney posted on X Sunday.
