The Secret Service continues to provide heightened levels of protection during the 2024 election. Today’s event in Butler, PA reflects that intensive and deliberate effort, grounded in cooperation with our local partners. Over the past eight days, we've meticulously planned and secured over 100 protective visits. Each demanding unwavering attention to detail and precision. We couldn't do any of it without the dedication of our Secret Service team, public safety and law enforcement partners. This is a busy and challenging time for the agency, and we are deeply grateful to our brothers and sisters in the Department of Homeland Security, as well as the deputies, troopers, officers, and constables who help us provide the highest level of protection during this election season. Thank you, Pennsylvania, for your hospitality and steadfast support.
