A recent study published in the?Association of Academic Radiologists scientific journal confirms what we at Connexia have known all along. Flexibility isn’t just a nice-to-have for radiologists; it’s essential for job satisfaction, retention, and well-being. The study also found other key insights, including 89% of respondents reporting better overall well-being with remote work options and 68% indicating that flexible work would be extremely important if they were to seek new employment.
