Acting Under Secretary of the Navy Tom Mancinelli met with Rear Adm. Steve Barnett, commander, Navy Closure Task Force-Red Hill (NCTF-RH), and Rear Adm. Marc Williams, deputy commander, NCTF-RH, on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam to discuss progress on the closure of the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility, Oct. 14, 2024. Mancinelli is in the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command area of responsibility to meet with military, government and community leaders, as well as allies and partners to discuss the importance of a free and open Indo-Pacific region.
