Initiating a high-speed rail project in America is not for the faint-hearted! To help groups that want to begin this challenging process, US High Speed Rail has created this guide for advocates. The roadmap we developed was driven largely by the efforts of lead author Bernard Cohen, of ACI in Boston, who drew on the broad experience of our Coalition members and many others. USHSR also wants to thank the IAM (Machinists Union) Communications Dept. for designing and producing the booklet and all the graphics that make the guide very easy to follow.
