关于我们
The U.S. Climate Alliance is a bipartisan coalition of governors securing America’s net-zero future by advancing state-led, high-impact climate action. Alliance members are working to achieve the Paris Agreement’s goal of keeping temperature increases below 1.5 degrees Celsius by reducing emissions, accelerating action, centering equity, and tracking progress. Launched in 2017 by the governors of Washington, New York, and California, the Alliance now includes governors from 24 states and territories, representing approximately 55% of the U.S. population, and 60% of the U.S. economy. Pennsylvania’s state parks and forests are soaking up the sun in a BIG way! With 3.8 megawatts of solar power installed across 36 arrays, we’re making a bright impact. When fully energized, these arrays can create 4.47 GWh of energy annually. That's like: ?? Powering 367 homes for a year! ?? Preventing CO2 emissions equal to burning 3,253 barrels of oil! ?? Taking 328 cars off the road! Solar energy helps keep our parks green and our air clean. Learn more about DCNR's solar efforts → https://bit.ly/DCNRSolar #SolarAppreciationDay
