Back to our ongoing National Care Team Advisory Council (NCAC) introductions, we’re excited to introduce Morgan Beeson, Chief CRNA for USAP in Nevada. Morgan shared, “After 5 years in the Trauma/Neuro/Surgical ICU, I knew I wanted to do more and work differently for my patients. I was encouraged by many to pursue anesthesia as an option, and I was hooked after the first day of shadowing.” Morgan is involved in the Recruitment/Retention and local Culture committees and has served as Chief CRNA for over a year. When asked how she anticipates the NCAC will enhance USAP’s culture, Morgan explained, “By opening the floor to problem-solving of our various 'big ticket issues' and utilizing the experience of this diverse group, we’re able to develop solutions that increase engagement, clinician satisfaction, and overall transparency.” Please join us in recognizing Morgan for her exceptional drive and determination.
