The results of the 2024 Leading Harvest audit are in, and USAgriculture is proud to share that our sustainable farmland management practices continue to meet the highest standards. Key highlights from the audit include zero major or minor non-conformances – reaffirming our comprehensive approach to sustainability, and several notable practices recognized, including: - Advanced soil health improvements, such as participation in the Healthy Soils Program. - Use of energy-efficient farming technologies like Samsara fleet management systems. - Progressive greenhouse gas reduction practices, including biochar production from chipped trees. - Precision irrigation systems that optimize water use and reduce waste. - Leading edge crop management strategies that enhance biodiversity and reduce chemical inputs.
