Did you know that November is National Career Development Month? This observance was created by the National Career Development Association (NCDA) to highlight the importance of career planning at all stages of life. To celebrate, Unlimited Restoration, Inc. | URI would like to highlight the story of our teammate, Dylan Vermeesch! ? Dylan is a proud Penn State University Alumni with a bachelor’s degree in criminology. Throughout college and immediately following graduation, he worked as a technician at his family’s HVAC company until he was approached with an opportunity to join the Unlimited Restoration, Inc. Team at a large loss at Howard University in January 2018. ? It wasn’t long before Dylan moved into a Lead Project Supervisor role on the multi-million-dollar loss and solidified his passion for the restoration industry. He has served in successive roles since including Project Manager and is currently the Production Manager for our URI Philadelphia office. ? Dylan continues to grow in his role by achieving industry certifications and completing both formal and on-the-job training. Thank you for all that you do, Dylan!
