Very interesting Subway interview ?? What do we think about the proposed of antisegregation laws?

?? BRING BACK SEGREGATION? ?? A SATIRICAL WAKE-UP CALL! ?? A young lady boldly declares,?"Bring back segregation. I want to know where I’m not wanted."?Sarcastic? Yes. But it hits different in today’s climate. People are getting fed up with the?fake unity, performative diversity, and endless gaslighting.?They’re saying,?"Take the bandage off and bring it on!"?If the truth makes you uncomfortable, maybe it's time to ask?why. ?? Watch the video. Feel the message. Then ask yourself—what’s really changed??Let's talk.??? #WakeUpCall #NoMoreBS #SayItLoud #TruthHurts #RealTalk

Listen to this compelling podcast on the effect of toxic jobs on Black Women and why it's so healing to our souls to break free.
Helping Black Women Exit Toxic Jobs For An Abundant & Fulfilling Life/Licensed Clinical Psychologist
I see you, Sis. You are exhausted, stressed, and feeling drained every day—but still showing up because leaving feels scary and uncertain. Maybe you are wondering: ?? “What if I leave and it’s worse somewhere else?” ?? “What if I can’t find another job that pays the bills?” ?? “What if I’m not ready for what’s next?” You are not alone if you have any or all of these fears. So many of us stay in toxic workplaces because the fear of the unknown feels heavier than the burden we are already carrying. But Sis... staying in a space that is breaking you down is not the answer. The longer you stay, the more it chips away at your confidence, health (physical and mental), as well as your soul. The fears of leaving a job (even a toxic one) may even keep you from believing that there are ways to leave and replace your income. You may avoid conversations (including my videos) about leaving a job because the fears of "what next" may feel overwhelming. Acknowledging your fears is the first step forward. Additional steps are accepting that walking through the fears are part of the process of leaving a job. It is my sincere hope that my YouTube videos as well as resources that I provide show you HOW to walk through your fears and successfully leave a job (one that is toxic and/or have "outgrown"). Sis, you do not have to figure this out alone. Let’s have an honest, real talk conversation about what is keeping you stuck so that this community can support you in leaving that job and pivoting to better professional opportunities. You deserve better! #ToxicJob #BlackWomenAtWork #CareerHealing #KnowYourWorth #LeavingToxicWorkplaces #SelfCareForBlackWomen #ReclaimYourPower #Let’sTalkAboutIt Resources: Join My Butterfly YouTube Membership Community For Black Women: https://lnkd.in/gPdibxP3 The 2nd Annual Job Liberation Virtual Summit For Black Women (May 16th - 18th) Waiting List: https://lnkd.in/gVwGy3ed

Rest, Black Women....??
TEDx Speaker | I help Black women heal from workplace abuse & racial trauma through revolutionary rest
"REST, BLACK WOMEN. THE REVOLUTION CONTINUES LONG AFTER THE DAY ENDS." Oh, you thought because the National Day of Rest is over, we would just go back to becoming the emotional mules of society and the workplace? Uh huh, you got that wrong. Because rested Black women are a threat to the entire damn system. When we rest, we dream. When we dream, we envision. When we envision—well baby, when we envision—we topple systems. Our exhaustion is not accidental. It's strategic. Our burnout is not circumstantial. It's by design. Our chronic fatigue is not personal. It's political. They know what happens when we have energy to think. They know what happens when we have space to create. They know what happens when we have time to organise. They know what happens when we have power to resist. So they keep us running. Keep us scrambling. Keep us stretched thin. Keep us barely surviving. But what happens when we refuse? What happens when we collectively exhale? What happens when we prioritise our peace? Revolutions happen. Movements form. Power shifts. Systems crack. Rest isn't just about sleeping in or taking a day off. Rest is about reclaiming the mental bandwidth that oppression steals from us. Rest is about having energy to imagine worlds beyond what exists now. Rest is about creating space to dream bigger than our current reality allows. ?? The Black Woman's Rest Revolution continues every damn day ?? ? Black women therapists who've lived your battles ? Bi-weekly healing circles for workplace trauma ? Expert guidance through systemic warfare ? Global sisterhood that guards your peace Limited spots available for our next healing circle JOIN TODAY: [Link in comments] ?? Check your spam folder for confirmation The National Day of Rest was just the beginning. The revolution continues with each boundary we set. With each "no" we say. With each moment we choose ourselves. #RestIsRevolution #BlackWomenRest #RevolutionaryRest P.S. When the Job You Once Loved Becomes Toxic—How I Knew It Was Time to Walk Away I used to love my job. I took pride in my work, gave it my all, and believed I was making a difference. But over time, that same job became a source of anxiety, stress, and self-doubt. I endured microaggressions as a woman of color, mean-girl clique culture, and constant pressure to do more with less. No matter how hard I worked, my achievements were dismissed, and I felt stuck in a cycle of burnout and exhaustion. It’s been one month since I walked away, and for the first time in years, I can breathe again. Leaving wasn’t easy, but it was necessary. Now, I’m pouring my energy into my true passion—helping nonprofits thrive through Beyond Existing Enterprises (BEE) and The Urban Nonprofit community I created. If you’re feeling trapped in a toxic job, this blog is for you. You deserve better, and I want to help you find a path to something greater. ?? Read the full blog here ??https://lnkd.in/e6Yu-RPa

Failing Upwards: The Power of Asking "Dumb" Questions Ever held back from asking a question because you didn’t want to seem unprepared? Molly Graham reminds us that being a "professional idiot" isn’t a weakness—it’s a superpower! The best leaders aren’t afraid to ask the uncomfortable questions, embrace failure, and fail forward. ??? Growth comes from curiosity, not perfection. So, what’s one question you’ve been afraid to ask? Drop it in the comments! ?? #FailingUpwards #GrowthMindset #Leadership #AskQuestions #ProfessionalIdiot #TedXTalks #CareerGrowth #BeyondExisting

Speak Up, Even When It’s Hard Ever noticed something unfair at work but stayed silent out of fear? Luvvie Ajayi Jones reminds us that speaking up isn’t easy—but it’s necessary. ?? Your voice has power, and staying silent serves no one. Courage isn’t about being fearless; it’s about acting despite the fear. Whether it’s calling out bias, advocating for yourself, or standing up for a colleague, your words can create change. ????? Have you ever had to speak up in a tough situation?
