“My philosophy is that closed minds don't get fed.” - Mariah Ragland, on Cooking in the City ??? A new episode of Sustainable in the City is live on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts! This month, join local chef Mariah as she whips up a batch of sustainable cooking tips, including how to use the whole ingredient (yes, even those "ugly" veggie bits!) and freeze leftovers to reduce waste in the kitchen. She’ll spill the beans on creative ways to cut down on food waste, save some dough, and make the most out of every meal. Mariah will inspire you to chop, freeze, and sauté your way to a greener kitchen! Sustainable in the City is a podcast hosted by Urban Green Lab and Nashville Department of Waste Services that spotlights Nashville’s sustainability champions and shares personal stories from neighbors, coworkers, and fellow community members about the benefits, barriers, and motivators in their sustainability story. https://lnkd.in/eb5JM3Ff #nashvillepodcast #sustainability #sustainabilitypodcast #nashville #podcast
