To transition the UK to 100% EVs, thousands of chargepoints need to be installed, so we’re helping to equip our industry with the right skills to do the job ??? We've provided the charging infrastructure to support the 10-day bootcamp, which offers three City & Guilds qualifications in EV charging installation and maintenance. We recently rolled out our cutting-edge near-home charging solutions across Dundee. ???? ? In collaboration with Dundee City Council we added 18 dual-socket retractable UEone chargepoints to Dundee’s network of charging hubs. These new hubs are strategically located across the city to ensure convenient, accessible, low impact charging options are available for residents, visitors and local businesses. ? This infrastructure is designed to offer a scalable solution that can grow with demand, reinforcing our focus on providing innovative, high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of communities on their journey toward net-zero. ????? ? We always put local communities first, designing convenient and accessible, chargepoints across Dundee for residents without access to off-street parking. ???? ? Some of the ways we are thinking locally: ? ??Our award-winning UEone auto-retracts into the ground when not in use, keeping pavements clear, reducing street clutter ??Our innovative retractable design also reduces the risk of vandalism. ??To further enhance accessibility, we installed dropped kerbs at the Roseangle car park charging hub, ensuring easier access for all users including those with mobility issues. ?
