?? Large Projects Construction Update ?? We’ve kicked off the new year with serious momentum! Since our start on December 2, our incredible trade partners have been hard at work at 1203 Brookland Park. Most recently: - Webb, Hermitage Steel, IHC, K-Plus, Holman Masonry Inc.,?Tribble Electric, and?Delta Construction?joined us for a site-to-slab pull planning session to fine-tune sequencing and coordination. -?Webb?battled through snow and mud to install site utilities, including a massive 24’x80’x5’ underground detention system. - IHC LTD made the most of this stretch of good weather, getting the elevator pit and major footings dug and poured. - K-Plus kept things moving by knocking out elevator pit waterproofing ASAP. - Holman Masonry is gearing up to mobilize next week for foundation work. Ashlake Trails & Crossing Construction Update??? Progress is moving steadily at Ashlake Trails and Crossing. Here’s what’s happening: Crossing - Observation deck installation is underway - Final cleaning is being completed on the third and fourth floors - Owner punch process is in progress on the fourth floor - Final sitework continues, including sidewalks and ramps Trails - Flooring installation is in progress on the first and second floors - Plumbing trim-out continues on the third and fourth floors We’re in the final stages—stay tuned for more updates as we move closer to completion. #AshlakeTrails #AshlakeCrossing #UrbanCoreVA #BuildingCommunity
