RIVERPORT UPDATE | Last spring we broke ground on a 225,000 SF Class A industrial spec building to meet the market's demand for new industrial/flex space, given the extremely low vacancy rate in Chattanooga. Today, we're excited to share that the project is nearing completion! Over the past few months, we've installed all of the exterior panel walls, completed the majority of utility work, installed interior stairs, poured the mezzanine deck, and finished the first course of paving around the building. This month, we expect to install the storefront, add exterior stairs, and finally turn the lights on! We'll keep you posted as we add the finishing touches and wrap up this exciting project. Our 225,000 square foot Class A industrial development at Riverport is about halfway complete! Over the past few months, we completed the slab, steel columns, underground utilities, and roof. Paving is expected to start this week, along with interior framing. Loading dock pads have been added, and we plan to start installing the exterior wall panels before the end of the year!
