The USFA Leadership Team was in Washington, DC ?? this past week for our quarterly team meeting. Meeting together four times a year provides our fully-remote team members with the opportunity to work in the DC office, collaborate on new and innovative ideas, and plan next steps for the alliance. ?? ???A key focus of this meeting was discussing the implementation of our new strategic plan that we will be executing over the next three years. These meetings also allow for a little sightseeing in the evenings too - like this quick stop in front of the White House. We promise Dr. Wilson was there too - she just missed the photo-op! ??
