It’s always rewarding to see the final result after being part of the construction process from start to finish. Thesis, we hope you’re all enjoying your stunning new office!
Thesis, located in Portland, Oregon, is a 40,000-square-foot mass timber campus designed by LEVER for a digital creative agency. The project prioritizes collaboration and hybrid work, integrating “mid-door” spaces that bring nature indoors and connecting to nearby Forest Park. The space at the ground level supports gatherings and events, creating connections with the surrounding community. Constructed with Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) panels and glulam columns prefabricated by Timberlab, the building highlights regional materials and reflects a Pacific Northwest aesthetic. The LEED Gold design emphasizes sustainability with energy-efficient systems, ample daylight, and on-site solar panels.
