????ELEVATE Portland????- ULI Northwest's marquee annual event in Portland… Or rather, Beaverton??, but that’s ok, because it brought together thought leaders, businesses, non-profits, and community voices to the beautiful Patricia Reser Center for the Arts to showcase strategies and ideas that drive Portland’s development and enhance the quality of life for its residents. And, Beaverton Mayor Lacey Beaty is pretty awesome. ??

Spark Block shines brighter by the day. The Clise team joined ULI Northwest for the SEA Activated Alleyways (and More!) walking tour, exploring remarkable local projects designed to foster community. We were pleased to welcome the group as the tour kicked off at Cannonball Arts, Bumbershoot: Seattle’s Arts & Music Festival’s new, year-round arts center currently under construction on Virginia Street between Third and Fourth Avenues aka Spark Block. Joe Paganelli, Bumbershoot co-producer, described his aspirations for the dynamic, two-level space that promises to be an interactive arts hub and music venue. Sabrina Villanueva, MBA, RPA, Senior Property Director at Clise Properties, shared why Cannonball Arts is the perfect addition to Spark Block, infusing our neighborhood with creativity, culture, and community. Thank you to Andrea Newton, Executive Director of ULI, for putting together the tour — we are so excited about Spark Block, Harbor Steps/Post Alley, Nord Alley, RailSpur, and all the other innovative projects percolating throughout Seattle right now. The city’s post-pandemic revitalization is well under way and Clise Properties is thrilled to add our vision to the mix. #SeattleSparkBlock #DowntownSeattle #ULINorthwest #Bumbershoot #CliseProperties #ArtsAndCulture #SeattleArts #Community #CommunitySpace
