Urban Community Developers, Inc. is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to revitalization of our Urban Core Neighborhoods using New Home Ownership as the catalyst for Positive Neighborhood change. In addition to building for sale market rate new homes on vacant urban infill lots, UCDI is active in the community and the Homebuilding Industry promoting Infill Building, Green Building and programs that support and encourage New Home Ownership.
