South Main Village is booming! Near Southside, Inc. members got an exclusive tour of several projects and heard updates on several more developments in the pipeline. There's nearly $200 million worth of construction across over a dozen different projects, totaling 130,000 sf of commercial space, 700+ new residential units and 148 hotel rooms. In translation: One of Fort Worth's coolest neighborhoods is getting cooler.
