We had a great time hosting ULI Utah through Slate and Sloane in the Granary District of #SLC. We talked about unit sizes/ mix, must-have amenities for the urban resident and the challenges of developing infill projects —?like when just as a developer is preparing for the Certificate of Occupancy, the City unexpectedly requires the replacement of the water main for the entire block, causing major unforeseen delays. ?? All-in-all a great afternoon with a great group!
