Yesterday, nearly 50 attendees gathered in Salt Lake City’s Central City neighborhood for a lunch-hour tour of The Citizen, a new Class A apartment community just east of downtown. Gabbott's Row Framing is almost complete for this 40 unit Build to Rent townhome project in the Ballpark neighborhood in #slc The offsetting facades and recessed windows add depth and volume to the street facade and will look even better once the brick exterior and cornices are added. Pre-leasing starts July!

We had a great time hosting ULI Utah through Slate and Sloane in the Granary District of #SLC. We talked about unit sizes/ mix, must-have amenities for the urban resident and the challenges of developing infill projects —?like when just as a developer is preparing for the Certificate of Occupancy, the City unexpectedly requires the replacement of the water main for the entire block, causing major unforeseen delays. ?? All-in-all a great afternoon with a great group!
