The market is shifting fast, and product leaders need to stay sharp. Here are three trends ruminating in my head 1?? Invisible Interfaces and interactions Products are their best when barely notice them. Think of Tesla's autopilot or Alexa, both simply exist and just work. ?? What it means for product leaders: Friction isn’t an option. Focus on seamless, intuitive experiences. *And this is where Uptok is solving those small gaps in customer journeys to make interactions feel effortless. 2?? Products as Ecosystem Players Standalone products are out. Customers expect everything to connect. One thing I can't live without is Slack integration with Google Drive ??What it means product leaders: Build for the ecosystem. Open APIs, partnerships, and integrations are the key to staying relevant, etc 3?? Ethical Metrics Over Growth The conversation is shifting from how fast are you growing to how responsibly are you growing?
