    Is your marketing plan focused on driving growth—or are you spread too thin trying to boil the ocean? ?? Leaders often stretch their budgets (and team’s attention) across lots of initiatives—either because they want to appease stakeholders or hedge their bets. But this lack of focus usually overcomplicates planning, causes scope (and spend) creep, and makes seeing impact difficult. Instead, focus your plans around one core growth lever. ?? Marketers have four main ways to drive growth:? 1. Increasing efficiency 2. Entering (or expanding) into new markets 3. Offering new products/services 4. Targeting new buyers Pick one of the pillars to focus on each quarter. Base your choice on the corporate goals your team can best support.
