UpStart Collective is roughly 4,000 feet of contemporary office space nestled at the top of a retrofitted industrial tower in inner SE Portland – complete with multiple rooftop patios, colorful conference rooms, and the occasional visiting office pup. Much more than a space, it is also a new experiment and collaboration years in the making. Through the continued efforts of the startup community (and our cofounder/partner, GRAYBOX), UpStart Collective is a subsidized creative space open to product-lead founders looking to find peers and grow their companies. Shotsy helps people track their GLP-1 dosage and data through an easy-to-use intuitive application. Aja was able to get thousands of new users signed up to her platform by working with several online groups to learn more about what they wanted in a solution. As a result, she's already profitable and growing at an insane pace.
