    Alright friends, as many of you know, Upsourced supports many agencies, like over 120, from the accounting and CFO seat. With my experience managing sales and account teams at agencies and tech companies, I enjoy supporting our clients in not-so-traditional ways. Given that it's the time of year when we're budgeting and planning, one of the best ways to kick off a bottoms-up analysis is to roll out account plans for your key (large) accounts. I've underestimated how many of us are not accustomed to this practice, so to help, I've created an account planning template to use. I've shared it with several clients with great success, and the easiest way to help more account teams is to share it here for free.
