As of March 2024, we are so proud to partner with our sister agency Amp to fully realize this shared mission. As a full-service advertising and activation agency, we find clarity and opportunity in a world where commerce, culture, media, and technology have blurred conventional boundaries. For brands like Corona Extra, Google, Quaker, Newell, Bibigo, Therma-Tru and Karo we develop brand-building ideas that break conventions, inspire participation, and build equity. Since our founding in 1994 by members of the LGBTQ community, Upshot has set out to create a creative agency fueled by cultural curiosity and a progressive mindset. In fact, 6 of the 8 members of our executive leadership team identify as female or a member of the minority community. We are proud to be one of a select group of agencies to participate in BLAC: Building Leaders and Creators, an internship program focused on bringing more Black talent to the advertising industry. Upshot is a member of Advantage Solutions, the leading provider of outsourced sales and marketing solutions to consumer goods companies and retailers.
