Upon request, we offer customized culture assessments and consultations for an anti-oppressive approach to organizational development and institutional transformation. Our key areas of focus for institutions includes executing more equitable recruiting, hiring and promotion practices; leadership development; culturally-conscious client representation; and establishing institution-wide systems for sustainable change.
