#Salesforce Q4 FY25 earnings are out…I shared some of the key numbers and results last evening (here on LinkedIn). In this video, I go deeper into the results what was said during the earnings call…and what customers need to start doing (thinking about and getting ahead of) The bottom line: Salesforce (and your rep) need you to fill Benioff’s “Holy Trinity” (Apps + #AI + Data) as soon as possible. They need you to fill the Customer 360 (as many apps/cloud as possible), adopt #Agentforce and Data Cloud. Then they need you to use more of Agentforce and Data Cloud (for many reasons, including the benefit of the consumption-based license metric they come with). Salesforce Customers, if done correctly; have a chance to take advantage of Salesforce being needed.. #sourcing #procurement
