Schematic design renderings of the new Savage Gulf State Park - Phase Two. The Boat House references the new Visitor Center's dog-trot form. The design features an easily identifiable path to the entrance of the building and activates the shoreline of the lake. Phase Two also includes Yurts which offer a rental experience that bridges the gap between cabin and tent. Tennessee State Parks

Today marks the start of construction on a facility that is an investment in public health that will serve the community for years to come. We’re excited to see this vision come to life—stay tuned for progress updates!

On Tuesday, we were honored to attend the ribbon cutting for the new Putnam County Convention Center and Jessica Rector Clark Welcome Center. It was a cold day but a great turnout from the local community. We're thankful to Putnam County for entrusting us with the design of their new facility and look forward to working together to develop the neighboring Expo Center and fairground campus.

Another week, another City of Crossville Groundbreaking - This time for the Crossville Family YMCA. It's an honor for us to be able to be a part of such an important project for our home community. Working with the City of Crossville and the team at the Putnam County Family YMCA, the latter of which will be expanding into our community to operate this facility, has been a pleasure. Thank you to everyone for their efforts on this project and we look forward to being a part of this partnership moving forward.

We were honored to attend Tuesday's ribbon cutting of our most recent project, The Ashraf Islam Engineering Building, which is the latest addition to the College of Engineering at Tennessee Technological University, local, and state leaders were all in attendance to celebrate the official opening of the new 100,000 sf building with students lining the balconies of the atrium to witness the occasion. This event is a wonderful reminder to why we spend so much time and effort on projects like this and the impact they can make. We would like to thank Tennessee Technological University and The State of Tennessee for trusting our design team with this endeavor and look forward to our next opportunity to work together.

In the latest edition of "Bring Your Grandson to Work Day", one of our principals, Kim Chamberlin, was able to provide a significant construction update to Junior Project Enjoyer, Max, compared to where these projects were around this time last year.
