Promote a healthy environment; 2. Provide proactive advocacy of public health policy; 3. Promote services that address personal health needs; 4. Keep the community well informed about public health issues; 5. Support a committed, educated and effective public health professional workforce. Through our comprehensive program, we cultivate future healthcare professionals with a deep understanding of social determinants of health. In 2021 alone, our volunteers dedicated nearly 6,000 hours, making over 23,000 resource referrals. ?? Responsibilities:? - Coordinate, recruit, and assess student volunteers in hospital and community clinics - Develop and implement program assessment and improvement processes - Liaise with key stakeholders and manage affiliate organizations - Recruit and support student leaders - Manage a resource database and provide volunteer training - Provide budget oversight and explore funding opportunities ?? Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree plus three years of related experience - Demonstrated skills in budget and program management - Strong communication and human relations skills - Experience in community-based healthcare volunteer programs preferred ?
