No calls or even sign ups needed to do demos. ????'?? ???????? ????????. (for the sake of storytelling - just six months ago, I thought this was impossible) Then we crossed paths with buyWords. Here's how our copywriting team proves quality upfront. 1. We write bloody good emails.? 2. Every.? 3. Single. 4. Time. For starters. And honestly, highly enjoy the outcomes :) Just as Kevin Greene said - "????’???? ???????????????????? ?????? ?????????????? ?????????? ?????????? ???????? ???? ?????? ??????????????, ????????, ???? ????????." Because more often than not, your product is only as good as you communicate it. So every sentence? That’s the demo. #copywriting #outbound #cold_email

You don’t judge a book by its click-through rate page-to-page. Lol. You just say it was a great book. That it shifted your perspective. Not that it "???????????? ??????". That it changed your mood for the week. Not that it "?????????????????? ???????? ????????????". That you’d easily read it again. Not that it "?????? ?? ???????????? ?????????? ?????? ??????????????????". Not every piece of value is trackable. Not every impact is instant. And sometimes, the best things don’t show up in the dashboard at all. ????????????????????????????????????????'????????????????????????????????????????'??????????????????.

Hot take? The appeal of AI-generated copy is fading fast in 2025. No matter the prompts or latest LLM updates. Why? At best, it keeps your content metrics stuck at average. Sure, AI nails high volumes (shoutout to "old-school SEO"), but that’s where the benefits end. Even those quick wins from speed and scale? They don't last. Robotic content loses value fast — especially with updates like Google’s latest crackdown. The problem? AI struggles to deliver a genuine value proposition. It’s missing the human touch — the thing that makes your audience connect on a deeper level. Sure, visibility might spike. But conversions? Not so much. Bottom line: This year, the brands that win will lean into human authenticity in text. The ones that lose? They’ll stick to AI-copy mediocrity.

    I love Recruiting - Recruiter/Content Creator/Dad X 3

“Oh yea recruiting is so easy…” All you have to do is... ?1. Interview the hiring manager to understand their needs and potentially help them to put together a job description. ?2. You source or find a shortlist of candidates/ post the job/ ask around your network. ?3. You then message, cold call, email, and reach out to the candidates. ?4. You begin to have conversations to understand the market, the candidate's motivations, etc. ?5. You send the candidate to the hiring manager for more interviews. ?6. You debrief with the candidate and the hiring manager to get feedback. ?7. You then repeat with a few candidates, while keeping other candidates engaged and excited about the roles. ?8. Then either you go back to step 2 or move to an offer stage. ?9. You present the offer to the candidate and either get an acceptance, rejection or counteroffer on the offer. If rejected go back to number 2 or other candidates that made the cut if available still. 10. The candidate goes back to their employer to give their notice and may receive a counteroffer. If they accept the counter go back to number 2 or other “warm” candidates if available. 11. If all goes well you wait a few weeks for the candidate to show up and start. If they do show up move to number 12, if not go back to number 2. 12. If you are internal you onboard, If you are the agency you wait 90 days or more until the probation period is over to get paid. Keep in mind recruiters may manage anywhere from 5-50 (or more) open jobs at a time… Oh and bonus: We get laid off as soon as we're not needed... (should be in our job description.) And in 2024, everyone is building tools to “replace us” Feel good. #recruiterlife

Dear hiring managers: Your expectations of new employees is killing your business. You can't expect people to be high flyers from day 1. Especially when you offer no onboarding or training programs. Chris Donnelly shared 10 ways to support your new hires: ?? Encourage open communication from day one. ?? Provide clear and concise job expectations. ?? Assign a mentor or colleague for guidance. ?? Create a comprehensive onboarding plan. ?? Celebrate early wins to build confidence. ?? Offer continuous feedback and training. ?? Encourage a healthy work-life balance. ?? Set realistic goals and timelines. ?? Schedule regular check-ins. ?? Be patient with them. Everyone starts from the bottom. With less experienced talent, you're hiring for potential. Invest in your people. Set them up for success. And watch how much value they add to your business. Repost ? to share this message. And follow Dan Mian for more.

26 weeks paid parenting leave for working mothers . . . And fathers! Deloitte UK to equalise paid parenting leave on Jan 1st ?? Why did they do it? Well, they commissioned some YouGov research which found that: - 87% working parents say family leave is a major factor when choosing an employer - 57% of working mothers have had to reduce working hours because of their co-parent’s workplace inflexibility - 54% of working parents say they would consider leaving their jobs for improved work-life balance - 61% of working mothers say that if their partner had more parenting leave, it would help them to progress in their career Beyond parenting leave, 61% expressed a desire for more flexible work hours for new fathers, with 46% wanting hybrid working and 42% calling for a more supportive workplace culture. IMHO, this does more for inclusion and equality than any event or app ever could. This is the definition of putting money where your mouth is - talking about equality/inclusion is one thing, action is something else entirely ?? This is beautiful and made me very happy to read; I know this will help so many working fathers and mothers (friends of mine) to spend time with their new children and ultimately staying at Deloitte - the definition of win win. While my previous employer doesn’t get it right all the time, this deserves huge credit!?
