?? UpBup on the Road & Introducing Staff Forms! ??
November was a busy and inspiring month as UpBup hit the road for three amazing conferences in three consecutive weeks—connecting with childcare and youth program leaders from coast to coast.
?? Along the way, we captured some beautiful sunrises. These moments reminded us that, just like each sunrise, every childcare provider and organization is unique, yet we all share common challenges and goals. Many providers are seeking simpler, more efficient, and secure ways to manage forms and associated data—a challenge UpBup is designed to solve.
November was especially exciting as we introduced Staff Forms. This innovation enables organizations to grant customized access to various roles—Admins, Directors, Teachers, and Staff—while providing a seamless, mobile-friendly experience for completing forms and uploading required documents. Multi-site providers can now also share staff records across locations!
Here’s a recap:
?? Nov 6–9: NAEYC Annual Conference (Anaheim, CA)
At the nation’s premier early childhood education event, we were energized by passionate educators exploring innovations to serve families better. We also reconnected with valued customers, including the Tobin Family of Schools and the Tobin Beaudet Schools, who are doing incredible work in early childhood education.
?? Nov 15: Northern New England YMCA Alliance Leadership Conference (Portland, ME)
This conference provided a great opportunity to meet with leaders from over 20 YMCA organizations across Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. We had engaging conversations about replacing downloadable PDF registration packets with UpBup’s streamlined solution and received strong interest in our multilingual language support, reducing barriers for families.
?? Nov 19: Alliance of Massachusetts YMCAs Meeting (Foxborough, MA)
We wrapped up close to home with leaders from the YMCA of Greater Boston and Old Colony YMCA, alongside the local UpBup team, reflecting on the successes we’ve achieved in their communities and discussing the efficiencies expected with Staff Forms.
Together, we celebrated the impact UpBup is having across YMCA programs. Along with the Merrimack Valley YMCA, UpBup is proud to support over 13,000 child enrollments annually in 150+ programs across 32 communities in Massachusetts.
At each event, we were reminded of the shared challenges childcare providers face—balancing the complexity of forms and data with the desire to serve families seamlessly. It’s our mission at UpBup to help organizations rise to meet these challenges, turning a pain point into an opportunity for growth.
To those we met along the way—thank you for sharing your stories! To anyone ready to transform family registration and enrollment, staff management, and more, we’d love to show you how UpBup can help.
Just like the sunrises we captured, each organization is unique, but together, we can create something impactful. ??
