The 21 Career Services units at the U of M partner with employers to help navigate recruiting and hiring UMN talent.
关于我们
The 21 Career Services units at the University of Minnesota (UMN) partner with internal and external employer stakeholders to help navigate recruiting and hiring UMN students and alumni. A majority of the career services offices are located on the Twin Cities Campus, which has 7 undergraduate colleges. Duluth, Crookston, Rochester, and Morris each have 1 office per campus. Although UMN has many centrally shared tools available to employers to help navigate recruiting and hiring at the U of M, Career Services operates in a decentralized model (or as a decentralized resource). This means that each college facilitates different opportunities for organizations to interact with students in that college's majors. In essence, this means that each college’s Career Service office works as a separate department and provides access to candidates within specific majors.
