Jaden Walton - University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business student Jaden Walton serves as the Student EIR for the center and has coached countless students to develop, launch and scale their businesses. As a Managing Partner of Bearcat Ventures, Jaden created a student-led, 10-week, co-curricular training program for students interested in learning about venture capital that develops students to eventually apply to be a member for our Bearcat Ventures Student Fund. As the founder of Motiv, Jaden and his co-founder, Noelle Scheper, are looking to deploy their platform for managing high-school sports to over 40 local high school programs in the weeks ahead
Jay Kothari - University of Cincinnati - College of Engineering and Applied Science student Jay Kothari is the Managing Partner of Bearcat Ventures and Founder of the Bearcat Ventures' Venture Research Studio, Jay has led and operationalized Bearcat Ventures leading to the fund's first two student investments in UC affiliated companies Tembo and Band Connect, Inc. Jay also founded our Venture Research Studio (VRS) two years ago as a part of Bearcat Ventures which provides student market research support to UC affiliated (including our UC Venture Lab) and #StartupCincy portfolio companies. VRS has supported over two dozen companies to date and Jay now oversees a team of 5 Bearcat Ventures' VRS students.
Ben Booker - University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business and University of Cincinnati College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning alum Ben Booker is the co-founder and former President of Net Impact University of Cincinnati where he built an organization that not only harnessed and directed UC student's interests in sustainability, but brought all of UC's academic and administrative units connected to sustainability together to build a coalition of campus wide collaboration that includes not only students, but also faculty and staff members, for greater info-sharing and student engagement. Through Ben's leadership, Net Impact built critical relationships with Greater Cincinnati sustainability leaders and corporate partners that has resulted in a high impact network leading to Net Impact alums gaining valuable skills, internships and actual jobs in sustainability. A recent graduate, Ben continues his priority for sustainability and has directed it into Urban Farming Initiative, where he and his co-founder with Kevin Mackey, are bringing fresh food to Cincinnati's food deserts.
