Getting a good night's rest is important for students and professionals alike. If you are struggling to sleep at night, follow the five tips below for better, healthy sleep: ?? Avoid caffeine 4-6 hours before bed. ??? Only use your bedroom for sleep and relaxing. ?? Wake up around the same time each day. ?? Avoid napping, especially after 3 p.m. ?? Don't eat heavy meals before bed. Opt for a light snack instead. Dr. Jeff Gray, a professor in The @University of Alabama's computer science department, has received the McMahon-Pleiad Prize for his contributions to teaching, research and service. ?? He has worked with UA Online to create multiple computer science courses, including co-developing CS 104 Computer Science Principles.
