Our February newsletter dropped on 2/9. Read it???? Everyone is understandably outraged at companies retreating on their DE&I initiatives. An executive order from the federal government doesn't make this a voluntary option for companies receiving federal funds. Many CEOs have retreated for fear of the consequences (which is a major problem on its own). But ensuring a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce does not need to disappear because there isn't a policy in place. After all, companies are made up of individuals who have the option to do the right thing. And the most powerful groups right now are ERGs who, in addition to scheduling programming for their members, need to pivot to policy changes. Read the newsletter for what they can do to continue to the good work. The system can still change from the inside out.

We co-hosted our first in-person event with Amelia Tran of Asteria Collective and wow, what a turnout! Not only did we have fun but we were able to connect so many women with each other and our Advisors. Thanks to everyone who came out and hope to see you at the next one!
