    With a heavy heart??? and deep sadness,?after 10 years we have started the process of closing Untapped AI. We are an example of the real human cost to the lack of investment in businesses founded by women?- which even now is only at 1.7%*. Kendal came into this business with the strongest, unshakable belief in the Emotional Intelligence (EQ) of women - it's our superpower ?? ?- it makes the world go around.?EQ lubricates the wheels of society - the mechanics of business - the glue of a family and yet it is the most underrepresented and undervalued skill in society.?Little recognition or value ascribed to EQ - it's a bit like oxygen. Kendal calls it the??? 'BBQ effect' ?? Every woman reading/listening to this will have been part of organising a BBQ. ?? Who does all the prep? ?? Who organises the children? ?? Who worries about the guests having a good time? ?? Who notices one of the children is being left out? ?? Who makes all the salads!? It basically 'takes a village' of women to create a BBQ. A group of women typically mobilise the whole thing to create a space where everyone can enjoy themselves. But guess who gets ALL the credit - it's the one man standing there cooking the BBQ! Although Untapped AI is closing, we don't want to be in the silent group. We want the recognition we deserve.?Despite a lack of investment we've achieved so much over 10 years to be proud of: ?? 10,000 people 'life-changing' work (our most common piece of feedback). ?? 100 women with exceptional EQ creating?pioneering AI, and more recently generative AI. ?? 100 corporate clients bought our programs. Whilst I can't resuscitate Untapped AI.?I want to create something more valuable. If you are someone: ?? who cares about women's EQ in AI ?? who has access to powerful networks ?? who has access to and has raised funds Our CEO, Kendal Parmar needs to talk to you!?
