I’ve just launched the very first Struktur Society Patreon! https://lnkd.in/gH-_quqC Many people have suggested I do this over the past couple of years. I was reluctant to start asking for support until I got clear on what Struktur and I were going to be doing. I wanted to make sure I could provide consistent content. It needed to be sustainable on many fronts. To do that, I had to make sure what I was doing was something that... 1) I loved and could keep doing 2) was useful and relevant 3) could make a difference over the long haul Struktur Society and I now focus on three things: 1) Podcasting and Speaking (Connection) 2) Writing (Cultivation) 3) Design (Creation) Many people have wanted to support what I do with Struktur and so I’ve created the new Struktur Society Patreon to work in conjunction with the Struktur Society Substack. While Substack is the platform that hosts my content, both platforms allow supporters to access all of it, subscribe as a free member, or become a financial patron at the same price. While I hope to always make my content free to everyone, the financial support allows me to keep creating. I chose to join both Substack and Patreon because their mission is to support creators. I control my content, I own my content, and I receive the bulk of the money for my creative work (they take a small fee, versus them giving me a few pennies per stream, etc).
